How to solve the problem of water not coming out of the mopping tank?

(1) Please check whether the water in the water tank has been consumed;
(2) Please refer to the instruction manual to check whether the water outlet of the water tank is blocked and clean it;
(3) It is recommended to use pure or softened water for the water tank water to avoid producing scale and blocking the water outlet;
(4) Please do not use cleaning liquid to avoid blocking the water outlet.
(5) Water will not come out of the water tank in the sweeping mode; only in the sweeping and mopping mode will the water come out of the water tank.
