When the mopping support rotates on rough surfaces such as carpets, it is easy to cause current overload, resulting in motor stall protection.
Carpets smaller than 5MM will be intelligently recognized by the robot; carpets larger than 5MM may not be recognized by the robot, so it is recommended to use the mopping exclusion zone to circumvent the carpet area.
