Difficulty in returning to the base station, can't find the base station?

(1) Confirm that the door to the room where the base station is located has not been closed;
(2) Confirm that the base station is energized;
(3) Confirm that the base station has been placed on a flat hard surface (do not place it on carpet) and is not tilted;
(4) Confirm that the base station has been placed against a wall and is not easily pushed over;
(5) Confirm that there are no obstacles within 0.5m to the left and right of the base station and 1.5m in front of it.
(6) Make sure that the charging window of the robot and the charging infrared window of the base station are not blocked; if there is any stain, please wipe it off with a dry rag;
(7) The drive wheels are stained with dust/oil, and it is easy to slip when returning to the base station, please use a dry rag to wipe the drive wheels and the ground in front of the base station clean;
(8) It is recommended that the robot start from the base station when cleaning, which can improve the success rate of recharging;
(9) If the robot fails to locate the base station for a long time, it is recommended to carry the robot to the front of the base station and click the HOME button, which is conducive to the smooth return of the robot to the base station.
(10) If the base of the base station outward area is too much water, it will cause the robot to slip when returning to the base station, it is recommended to use a dry rag to wipe the base of the base station outward area or install a non-slip mat.
