App shows robot offline?

Updated on 2024/05/08
First of all, it is recommended to scroll down and refresh the app to reload the device. If it still shows offline, please follow the following reasons to troubleshoot:
(1) Sweeping robot power switch is not turned on/low power shutdown will cause the sweeping robot offline. Please turn on the power switch and dock the robot to the base station in the charging state, and observe whether the CLEAN light is always on.
(2) Network abnormality/when the Wi-Fi signal of the location where the sweeping robot is located is not covered or is weak, it will cause the robot to go offline.
(3) Changing the Wi-Fi name or password/increasing MAC address filtering, etc. will cause the robot to go offline and require network rewiring.
(4) If there are multiple routers at home with different hotspot names and passwords. If you need to network with each router in turn, the robot can automatically switch to the hotspot in the working area (only dropping out for a short period of time during the switching process).
(5) If the router is a mesh architecture sub-mother router (setup of multiple extensions for one robot). Please turn off the extensions first, and then turn on the extensions in turn after the robot is successfully mated with the main router, the robot can automatically switch to the sub-route area and stay online.
(6) After the robot is upgraded with firmware, there will be a short offline reboot phenomenon, which is a normal situation, and the robot will complete the automatic reconnection soon.
