How to deal with the disappearance of robot lights and voice?

(1) The robot has a timed do-not-disturb function, please check whether the APP is on do-not-disturb mode (operation path: robot settings - advanced settings - do-not-disturb mode);
(2) The robot will enter the hibernation mode when it is fully charged on the base station and has completed the air-drying of the wipes, and it can be woken up by clicking the start button;
(3) If the robot is turned off and the base station is not operated for more than 60min, it will enter the stand-alone hibernation mode, click the start button to wake up;
(4) Please make sure that the robot voice volume is set to 0 in the App-upper right corner settings-robot information, and the robot will be muted at this time;
(4) If you can't rule it out, please contact a little after-sales department.
