Why does it fall down?

Updated on 2024/05/08
(1) Although the robot is equipped with an anti-fall downward vision system (which works for steps over 6cm high), it is still recommended to set up a physical obstacle for blocking and protection in locations where there are obvious vertical steps, such as stairs;
(2) The robot will back up when avoiding the virtual no-go zone, and if it happens to have its back to the steps at this time, there is a probability of falling, so it is not recommended to set the virtual no-go zone near the steps.
(3) The robot will back up when avoiding the carpet when mopping the floor, and if its back is facing the steps at this time, there is a probability of falling, so it is not recommended to place the carpet near the steps.
(4) If the falling problem persists, please check if there is too much dust on the robot's lower view sensor, if the situation still occurs after wiping, it may be a sensor failure, please contact our after-sales service department.
