1. App prompt: Device not found
① Keep your phone as close to the robot as possible. During the network connection process, it is recommended not to move away with your phone.
② Confirm that the robot is in the network connection mode (the CLEAN button on the main unit is flashing white). Press the combination key again and listen for the voice prompt indicating network connection mode.
2. App prompt: Incorrect home WiFi password entered
① Enter the correct home WiFi password and click on "Re-enter" to try again.
3. App prompt: Bluetooth connection disconnected
① Make sure the phone's Bluetooth is turned on. Do not turn off Bluetooth during the network connection process.
② Keep your phone as close to the robot as possible, and try not to move away with your phone during the network connection process.
③ Do not exit the App during the network connection process.
4. App prompt: Robot failed to connect to the router
① Check if the home router is working properly (power outage or network disconnection).
② Confirm if the home router has a user overload (device connection limit on the router).
5. App prompt: Robot failed to connect to the service
① Check if the home router is working properly.
② Confirm if the router is blocking the robot's access request (anti-leeching protection, whitelist device restrictions, etc.)
