I can't connect to the APP after network pairing?

(1) Check whether the CLEAN light is always on.
① When the robot indicator light is blinking, it means the robot has not successfully connected to the network, please rewire the network;
② When the robot indicator light is always on, it is recommended to refresh the device list on the APP homepage by scrolling down and reloading the device; if you still can't connect to the APP, it is recommended to restart the robot and reopen it after closing the background process of the APP and try to match the network again;
(2) Confirm whether the Wi-Fi signal strength is sufficient, it is recommended to move to the vicinity of the router and retry the network distribution.
