Failure to build and save map?

(1) Please use single-sweep map building (App selection), which can improve the success rate of map building;
(2) Ensure that the robot is fully charged before building the map and depart from the base station (make sure it is in charging status);
(3) Before building the map, try to put away the ground debris (e.g. charging cables, headphone cables, socks, thin mats, small toys, scales, and other easy to get stuck items), and arrange the table and chairs neatly, so as to avoid getting stuck and leading to failure of building the map, and also to facilitate the robot to better learn the home environment;
(4) Forcing the robot to end the cleaning task, manually recalling the robot to the base station, or manually moving the robot back to the base station during the building process will cause the building task to fail.
(5) It is recommended to follow the robot during the map building process to help remove obstacles in a timely manner to avoid malfunctions that can lead to the failure of the map building.
(6) Make sure there is enough light when building the map, pull open the curtains during the day and remember to turn on the lights at night, robots, like humans, need light to learn the home environment better.
