We offer free ground shipping for the U.S. on all orders placed on our website. 
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Box and PA addresses.
  • When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping usually takes 2– 5 business days for delivery.
Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.
  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    We have Standard Ground Shipping.
      • How to track my order?
        You will receive an email with tracking link of your package once it is shipped.
        • Do you ship outside the U.S.?
        No, an order placed in our U.S. store is only available for domestic shipping. However, you can visit yeedi Europe, Canada, Japan, Singapore for more.
        • What can I do if the shipment is lost or my shipment arrives damaged?

          If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to yeedi customer support (support@yeedi.com) for replacement or refund.

           Return and Exchange

          We take pride in offering optimized shopping experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact support@yeedi.com to request a return or exchange. We offer 30 days free return and exchange.

                Note:

          • Please send all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals along with the returned products.
          • You are responsible for shipping charges after 30 days with the exception of product defects or a shipping error on our part
